Well I can’t seem to do this the way I want, so I will just share some recipes here.Cheesy Corn Casserole for 12 

  • 6 cups corn , canned or frozen (#10 can=12 c)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain corn (thaw if frozen) mix corn and cream cheese, add seasoning and half of cheese. Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes uncovered.
