-16 degrees

wow…..

it has not been this cold in a while. Schools are closed. Activities are canceled. Wind chills are -38F.

In a few moments I have to go outside and start my car.

I have always said I love winter. I am not, however, fond of the bitter cold. I choose to love in the upper midwest, not the Arctic circle.

  1. Would I make you jealous if I said that it’s currently nearly 11pm and it’s still 77f/25c here??? Of course we are in the tropics. We too have had stuff closed and cancelled and the like due to weather, but it’s been due to the wet season from the last 4 years deciding to arrive all at once….
Hope you got the car started..drive safe!

  3. I’m enjoying the cold wave we are having here, but our temperatures are more like 15-16 degrees, not a negative number.

    Stay warm, woman.
    Spring’s just around the corner.
