Recipes to share
Thanksgiving weekend is usually when I pull out a notebook and begin to plan the Christmas/New Years holidays. The debate over which cookies we will bake, what side dishes will accompany the meal, what kind of grazing will we do on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
We all have our family treasures, our jewels handed down from one mother to her daughters and then her daughters after that and so on.
Over the next few weeks I am going to share with you a few of our favorite recipies.
I would love it if you would do the same (let me know in comments if you will be sharing yours.)
Cheesy Corn Casserole
4 cups corn , canned or frozen (2 cans)
8 oz. cream cheese (one package)
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Drain corn (thaw if frozen), Gently blend corn and cream cheese, add seasoning and half of the cheddar cheese. Cover casserole or pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or heated through. Sprinkle additional cheese on top, bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!

Would love to have a contribution from your notebook for the New Century Notebook collection!
Oh that sounds yummo……
